When you own all properties in one color group, you become a monopolist and you are allowed to build houses and hotels. The rent of the property with houses or hotels are much higher.
Don’t forget you can trade the properties with your opponents. Be lucky on chases and chances, try to escape from jail.
So go ahead, build your BUSINESS, rule the world and act wisely not to become bankrupt.
